L to R: Rani, Jenny, Cheryl, Theshnie, & Anusia (seated)
at Angsana Oasis Spa & Retreat at The General Retreat, Bangalore
They attended the Arhatic Preparatory Level Course with Assistant
Master Daniel Gorgonia on 22 & 23 January 2005, which made them
eligible to attend the 2-day General Arhatic Yoga retreat with GMCKS,
attended by more than 500 healers from all across the globe. Arhatic
Yoga is very scientifically laid out. It involves preparations and
purifications (physical, mental and emotional), meditations, study
and service. This is the main focus of the Arhatic Yoga retreats,
attended for 2 days (28-30 January 2005) for the 3 SA ladies, Cheryl,
Jenny and Theshnie, and a further 5 days for Rani and Anusia (until
3 Feb 2005) for the Senior Arhatic Yoga retreat. During this time
GMCKS reveals in the simplest terms the concepts, and spiritual secrets
behind the philosophies expounded by the World’s major religions.

Early morning outdoor exercise, meditations, and discourses
with Grand Master was our daily schedule. We were all glowing and
didn’t want to return to the City and the real world!!!
The Heads of the various countries and trustees of the various foundations
were regularly invited to share lunch, dinner and some very personal
and fun times with GMCKS. Specifically, this year, was the attendance
and meeting of all the heads of the African and Middle East centres.
Pranic healing is successfully contributing to the upliftment of Mauritius;
Togo; Ghana; Kenya and South Africa, as well as U.A.E and Iran. The
first African Arhatic Yoga Retreat is planned for Ghana at the end
of 2006.

We were the lucky ones to be invited to lunch with Grand Master!!
Fun and laughter is always a major part of our time together, from
the crazy international jokes to unique experiments, which is part
of the loving, caring and nurturing aspects that constantly draws
us back to sit at the feet of the Guru. Mealtimes were always delicious
and entertaining with everyone being given the opportunity to gather
around Master.
Another first for India, and our South Africans, was GMCKS’s
discourse (5 & 6 Feb 2005) on his latest book "Om Mani Padme
Hum". A Buddhist meditation mantra literally meaning "the
jewel in the lotus" and his other best sellers including "Spiritual
Essence of Man"; "The Lord’s Prayer and the Kabbalistic
Tree of Life"; and "Hinduism Revealed".

The SA gang, looking really glamorous in their ethnic finery,
with Kenyan Trustees Jayshree & Jayesh at the Taj Residency Hotel,
Bangalore, for "Om Mani Padme Hum".
It was also Cheryl’s (in Blue & Green) Birthday and the
lucky girl got a personal blessing from Master at our farewell dinner
with Master- sesame mushrooms were the favourites!!The Power and energy
derived from this experience is still with us. We have definitely
returned revitalised, and ready to take on an amazing year fuelled
by the "Bliss". Our patients are feeling the tremendous
energies and their recovery rate has almost doubled. We have already
got a list of Healers wanting to attend the next retreat in Hyderabad,
Andhra Pradesh, India- next year. Everyone should come and experience
the "Magic".
As always attending Retreats with Grand Master puts an extra bounce
in our step, twinkle in our eyes and zest in our lives- and has brought
about the launch of the 1st Pranic Healing Centre in Johannesburg,
SA, in less than a year of Grand Master requesting us to set it up.
To fully understand what being in the presence of the Master means,
I am reproducing an article by Dr. Hazel Wardha, of the Melbourne,
one of the presenters at the 6th Pranic Healing Convention in Italy
last year.
10 Reasons To Be with Our Master Choa
1. Be in the presence of our Guru for a few days and receive his
wonderful healing and uplifting blessings.
2. When we are with our Guru our consciousness not only expands and
elevates but we also move upwards on the ladder of evolution faster
than trying to climb alone.
3. The Guru raises us and pulls us up to experience bliss, illumination
and Divine Grace.
4. When we are sitting in his presence it is easier for us to materialise
our aspirations and goals- for the Guru is a fulfiller of wishes.
5. How many people have the privilege and good karma of having a highly
developed Being such as our Guru as a physical teacher and guide?
6. Let us not take him for granted but make every effort to spend
as much time as possible in his presence when the opportunity is given
to us.
7. One Shakti Pat (Blessings from the Guru) from our Guru is equal
to 20 lifetimes of practice, we are told. In one weekend, the work
that he does on us is equal to 5 years of work done by ourselves alone!
8. We must join together to express our great love, respect and gratitude
to our Guruji for all that he has done for us these past years and
continues to do so without any expectations.
9. The more we use his technology, the more we appreciate the absolute
generosity he has showered on us by sharing esoteric technologies
that have been kept secret for centuries.
10. Grand Master Choa travels ceaselessly at great cost to his personal
life and well being and surely we can honour him by being present
at his Conventions and Retreats to receive his priceless blessings.
