Shooting took place at the beautiful beach at Landadnou in Cape Town. We spent almost a whole day filming to achieve a 10 minute slot for the episode on 30 May 2004. Great fun was had by all! Master Danny was an amazing sport, showing us how energetic, agile and youthful Pranic Healing can keep you! We got to practice som "Twin Hearts" Meditation for Peace and Illumination on the rocks with Sun, fresh air and the sea spray around us - talk about amazing Prana!
